Have you ever had some news you just HAD to tell someone? I mean like right now? Unfortunately sometimes it's juicy gossip or chisme as we call it in my family, but sometimes it's something so fabulous that you can't wait to share it with your loved ones.
Well. That's this blog.
Over the last 12 years I have met some amazing young people. I had the good fortune of working part-time at my church within the youth ministry department, and man did those young people change my life. They are so full of energy and commitment and compassion.
But can I speak about the girls/youngladies/chicas for a moment? Oh goodness. So smart and loving and creative and full of beauty and goodness. This blog is about reminding them of that. This blog is an attempt to share with them, all that I have learned and continue to learn about God's special love for His daughters. I have a friend who often reminds me that I am a daughter of a King and as such I am bestowed with the treasures of the Kingdom.
Amazing, isn't it?
This blog is my way of sometimes SHOUTING, sometimes whispering, the Good News that Jesus proclaimed as it pertains to us girls. And hopefully all this good news will act as a compass--guiding us to our purpose here on earth and our place with Him in heaven.
